Our nightly room rates, quoted on the basis of double occupancy, are inclusive of daily
continental breakfast, or at high season and holiday times a full breakfast. (All additional
guests or children are charged $25 per night.) All rooms are subject to a 4% service charge
for housekeeping and 9% in state and local taxes. All of our accommodations have baths,
telephones, televisions and air-conditioning. The cottages have fireplaces.
There are three cottages on the
landscaped grounds which provide an
even more private bed and breakfast
experience. Cottage One is The
Maidstone Arms' romantic "Honeymoon
Suite". It features a luxurious
four-poster bed, a romantic fireplace, a
dramatic loft ceiling, stunning skylights
and its own private garden.
Every room at The Maidstone Arms is
uniquely and beautifully decorated.
And, all bedrooms have their own
private bathroom, direct dial
telephone, cable television, central
heating, air conditioning, and, of
course, room service.
The accommodations range from king
and queen, to double and twin
bedrooms, as well as suites with a
additional sofa bed, all located in the
main building.

A 50% deposit (1 night minimum) is
required to guarantee a reservation.
On week nights, with the exception of July and August, rooms are offered at slightly lower rates. Room
rates are marginally higher during holiday periods. There are minimum stay requirements of 2-4 nights on
most weekends and holidays. From Memorial Day to Labor Day deposit are non-refundable and payable
by check only. Reservations at other times can be held with a credit card deposit at time of reservation.
Credit card deposits are refundable less $25.00 if cancellations are made at least 7 days prior to day of
arrival. Guests will be charged for the full room rate if cancellations are not made prior to that time. We
accept Visa, master card, American Express and Diners Club.
